Associate members shall be entitled to attend general meetings of the Association but shall not have the right to vote, nor to nominate candidates for election; and shall not be eligible for election to the Executive Committee if not a fully paid up member.

To hear and take account from the Association Executive Committee and the Subcommittees of the activities performed during their reign of service respectively;

To receive copies of the audited accounts of the Association in cases where the association has transacted any business during the financial year(s)

From the above the executive shall include the following:

Appoint a Returning Officer who shall conduct the election proceedings;

In the same meeting election of the Executive Committee consisting of office bearers shall be conducted as described in Article 8;
